You can find our location map and directions here. Our offices are open weekdays from 9am until 5pm. We are closed on public holidays and between Christmas eve and New Year’s day inclusive.

Our data protection policy is designed to ensure your data remains secure and is not disclosed to unauthorised people. SAUL Trustee Company cannot accept or respond to questions about your personal benefits by email. This also applies to changes in your personal information including your contact details. Therefore queries should be sent to our address in writing and include your signature. If you are an active member of SAUL please contact your employer’s pension officer in the first instance.

Guidance for members on contacting SAUL

Active Members and eligible employees
If you have a question about the Scheme or its benefits in general you may be able to find an answer in the active member section of our website. If you have specific questions about your benefits or options then please contact your employer’s Pensions Officer who will be able to help you.

Deferred Members
If you have left a SAUL employer and still have benefits in the Scheme you may be able to find the information you need in the deferred member section of our website. If you have specific questions about your benefits or options then please contact our administration team by email, by telephone or post using the details above. If you’d like to inform SAUL about a change in your contact details, please print and complete our change of address form and post it – marked for the ‘Administration Team’ – to our address.

Pensioner Members
If you are receiving a SAUL pension you may be able to find the information you need in the pensioner member section of our website. If you have specific questions about your pension then please contact our payroll team by email, by telephone or post using the details above. If you’d like to inform SAUL about a change in your contact details, please print and complete our change of address form and post it – marked for the ‘Payroll Team’ – to our address.
