Communications Officer (permanent)

This is a varied role which will include drafting and proof-reading announcements, emails and pensions documentation. The role also involves the maintenance and development of web resources and management of contact and email databases. The successful candidate will have a flair for spoken, written and electronic communications and experience in delivering a communications strategy along with:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Good knowledge of communications concepts
  • Experience in drafting communications aimed at a variety of stakeholders in different media
  • Excellent spoken and written English and ability to use Plain Language

Data Cleanse Administrator (Record Keeping) (9 months fixed-term contract)

We have a vacancy for a robust self-starter in our Record Keeping team. The ideal candidate will:

  • have data entry, data amendment and data maintenance skills
  • understand pension scheme data and its impact on benefit calculations, legislation and contracting out matters
  • have a minimum of two years pension experience
  • be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Timely, accurate and consistent delivery of work is essential as is a conscientious, thorough and diligent approach. Experience of the PensionsOffice II administration system is preferable but not essential. The job description can be found here.

Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of key projects including the procurement and implementation of a new pension administration system, and managing a data cleanse project of pension member information.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • strong and robust project management skills
  • Prince 2 qualification or possess equivalent knowledge
  • experience of managing large projects with challenging timeframes and deliverables

Pensions Administrator (3 posts: two 18 month and one 6 month fixed-term contract)

We have a vacancy for experienced administrators in our Administration Team. The ideal candidate will:

  • be educated to GCSE or equivalent level (including grades A-C in Maths and English);
  • understand pension scheme data and its impact on benefit calculations, legislation and contracting out matters;
  • have a minimum of 3 years pensions experience; and
  • be studying towards PMI or QPA (desirable).

Experience of the PensionsOffice II administration system is preferable but not essential.

Senior Administrator (12 month fixed-term contract)

The role would ideally be suited to an experienced pension administrator who is comfortable performing manual calculations, is not afraid to work on high-volume bulk tasks, and who is looking for the opportunity to carry out a range of differing tasks away from the direct administration team functionality. The qualities of the ideal candidate will be as follows:

  • strong Excel skills and data knowledge.
  • strong pensions administration experience
  • good understanding of pension scheme data and its impact on benefit calculations, legislation and contracting out matters

This is a full-time position. The salary is up to £30k pa.
