SAUL is committed to providing the highest level of service by ensuring that we administer members’ pension benefits in a responsive, clear and caring way. The Trustee requires that SAUL Trustee Company conforms to a comprehensive Service Level Agreement. We recognise that that paying pension benefits represents an important milestone - particularly in terms of our members’ finances - so we endeavour to pay benefits as quickly and efficiently as possible. SAUL supports the Raising Standards of Pensions Administration initiative which aims to encourage excellence in how pensions are administered and identify potential improvements We also understand pensions can be complicated so important publications for members are approved by the Plain Language Commission and we make every effort to ensure that our letters and forms are clear with as little jargon as possible.
